Objective
Auditio is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scientific publication that emphasizes the dissemination of research in the field of audiology in an inclusive manner. That is, from a multidisciplinary perspective in which professionals from different specialties can contribute and share knowledge within the audiological community. After 20 years of being published by the Asociación Española de Audiología (AEDA), the organization decided to refresh the journal’s identity, which required a new logo and a complete redesign of its layout.
The challenge
From being a single-language magazine, Auditio became bilingual. In addition to the design change, new elements had to be incorporated into both the PDF and the digital HTML versions:
